Booking & Cancellation Policy

- To ensure the best possible scheduling for all students, lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.

- For late cancellations, a replacement lesson may be offered within one week, depending on availability, but is not guaranteed.

- Lessons start and end at the scheduled time. Any late arrivals or missed lessons will be considered as having been taken.

For monthly subscribers:
- During vacation periods, only the lessons actually taken will be charged. These lessons will be billed at the single-lesson rate (EUR 25) rather than the monthly subscription rate (EUR 80).
